flexImaging provides comprehensive visualization of the spatial distribution of biomarker candidates in a tissue – thus greatly increasing the possibilities of biomarker analysis. The software provides an easy-to-use tool for two-dimensional peptide and protein imaging of cells or tissue extracts.
The flexImaging software is designed to acquire and analyze the spectra of tissue sections. This allows examining the spatial distribution of biomarkers within the tissue section.
The data acquisition can be performed with a Time Of Flight mass spectrometer of the Bruker FLEX series or with a Bruker FTMS instrument.
